BE THE CHANGE
Our mission is to increase the number of Black, Asian and ethnically diverse arts leaders working across UK organisations. ADF works in partnership with leading theatre & live performance organisations to deliver a bespoke programme of workshops, events and placements that demystify the roles of leadership positions, generate access to positions of authority and cultivate career development opportunities. If you are keen to diversify your senior workforce and expand creative networks, you can be a host for any of our programmes, events and workshops.
Brochures will be available in 2022 in the meantime if you request a brief be emailing Sandra Thompson-Quartey at sandra@adofthefuture.com
