Applying for Senior Positions
October 25 @ 2:00 pm to October 26 @ 6:00 pm
About the programme
Applying for Senior Positions is a workshop run in partnership with arts organisations to demystify the application and interview process.
Over two half days two to three senior staff from one organisation will shed light on the key areas to include in an application, and how to sufficiently prepare for an interview, including second rounds. Most importantly the workshop will help members identify when they are ready to apply for specific senior positions.
The workshop is interactive including short mock interviews and application form reviews and is held at the organisation’s venue.
Past Applying for Senior Positions have been led by Battersea Arts Centre, New Diorama, Arts Council England and Odgers Berndtson and guest speakers include Kwame Kwei-Armah and Ria Parry.
