Leadership Lab

March 8 @ 1:30 pm to April 12 @ 6:00 pm

About the programme

Leadership Lab is a 6-week interactive workshop for creatives and arts professionals to gain deeper insight into the responsibilities of various senior and management positions within theatre & live performance organisations.

We partner with three organisations interested in meeting mid-career Black, Asian or ethnically diverse professionals to expand beyond their existing network.

Participants will spend the first week getting to know the key senior leaders from the 3 partnering organisations (including the Artistic Directors and Executive Directors) before engaging in 5 weekly Interactive workshops.

Participants will be mixed up into groups each week and will take on a different senior position time. The groups will work together to develop an idea based on a task provided by the organisations. The groups will present a five-minute presentation each week, and each participant will be responsible for developing and presenting a specific area.

Each workshop will focus on a different strand; strategic thinking, artistic development, community projects, production programming and problem-solving.
