We are hiring a diverse range of Global Majority arts professionals, graduates and students to work with us on projects that will provide professional development support and address inequalities in the arts sector.

Be the change you want to see

Are you an aspiring or existing change maker? We are looking for arts professionals and theatre and performing arts graduates and higher education students with an activist spirit.

Whether you are a creative, theatre maker or working in a theatre office, if you want to join the revolution, now’s the time!

This is an opportunity for forward thinkers to make noise, be seen, shake and be the change they want to see.

What are the benefits?

If selected, you’ll become an ambassador for ADF with the mission to create a shift in the arts industry.

This is an opportunity for forward thinkers to make noise, be seen, shake and be the change they want to see.

The Think Tank Agents will each have the opportunity to write a blog for the ADF website and take over our social media platform for a month, to discuss what matters to them.

You will also benefit from free peer to peer career support groups (Action Learning Sets), facilitated by an experienced arts career coach. This provides a great opportunity to build a support system and focus on your wellbeing. During these meetings you will discuss career challenges (including challenges on the programme), work through options and decide on a plan of action. Not only will you receive this for free saving you hundreds of pounds, but we’ll also pay you an attendance fee.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be paid to expand your network, create bespoke tools you wish existed, dig into areas that concern you and come up with practical solutions.

Regardless of your level of professional experience, if you want to make waves, apply to be a Think Tank Agent and bring your whole self to the programme.

This opportunity is for members only. Membership is free.
