Our mission is to improve the representation of Global Majority arts leadership.
For the purposes of ADF, ‘Global Majority’ refers to race and not nationality.
For clarity, if you are Mixed Race, Indigenous, Jewish or if you were born outside of the UK, you are eligible to join providing you are also one or more of the racial groups listed on the right.
Individual membership is open to people from the following backgrounds:

- Middle Eastern
- Latino(x)
- Pacific Islander
- Native American (American Indian), Aboriginal Australian, Hawaiian and Indigenous.
