As a small charity, ADF relies on the support of our funders and donors, especially at times like this when it is ever more vital for us to be there for our members. Please consider a donation, however small, to support us in helping our members to develop and thrive as cultural leaders.
ADF is committed to a world where leadership is shared, equitable and diverse, with a creative workforce that is truly reflective of the society it represents. To create that world, we need your help.
Founded by Simeilia Hodge-Dallaway in 2014, ADF is the UK’s first organisation dedicated to creating change at leadership level in the arts. We are a small team working part-time, helping our members to develop and thrive as cultural leaders. We collaborate with some of the leading producing theatres and arts organisations across the country to deliver award-winning and impactful programmes like Up Next and our Board Shadowing Programme.
Our sector, and indeed our society, is facing massive upheaval and uncertainty. Now, more than ever, we need to ensure that diversity and inclusion are at the forefront of our plans to rebuild for the future. And importantly, we need to be there for our members, to ensure that they are well equipped to step up and step into positions of power.
ADF is a charity, and as such we rely on the support of our funders, donors and friends to continue to develop our ground-breaking and impactful programmes. If you would like to know more about how you can help us to change the face of arts leadership, check out the various ways you can support our work, or get in touch with Amelie Adam, our General Manager, on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Support us now, and be part of rebuilding a more representative, more creative, and more diverse future for the arts.
Ways you can support ADF
Make a donation
If you would like to support ADF you can make a donation online by clicking here. If you are eligible for Gift Aid, make sure you tick the box so that we can claim an additional 25p for every £1 you donate, at no extra cost to you.
We are currently in the process of developing a structured regular giving programme, so please do also consider committing to a recurring monthly or annual donation. Regular, reliable support means that small organisations like ADF are more able to plan for the future without the constant pressure of fundraising project by project. With so many high street shops still shut, a lot of us have been turning to Amazon to pick up those little extras. AmazonSmile means you can support the causes you care about while you shop online, at no extra cost to yourself.
AmazonSmile makes a donation to ADF for every purchase you make via the Smile.Amazon site, so make sure you bookmark the link and use it every time you shop online.
