We believe the success and significant impact of our is work is attributed to consultations with our ADF members. Think Tank creates a platform for our members to share their ideas and insights into improving the representation of people of colour in senior positions within theatre and live performance.
Think Tank: Advisory Group takes place 4 times per year online. Members will have the opportunity to feedback on ADF’s activities and discuss potential networking opportunities, services, training, career development programmes and partnerships they feel would be beneficial for the ADF membership.
There is no application process to participate but places are limited to 12 attendees, members can book on a first come first served basis.

Agents of Change
Think Tank: Agents of Change is part of the open leadership model at ADF and will serve to assess, reshape and reimagine the current systems, practices and procedures in the theatre sector. Think Tank: Agents of Change supports our members to address self-identified key systemic issues with targeted research and specific programmes of activity.
10 ADF members from a diverse range of ages and backgrounds will be selected to participate in a 12 week programme that will identify areas of exploration, advocate best practice case studies and suggest new ways of working. The programme will culminate in the group curating a conference to disseminate and share with the sector all ideas and creative solutions that have been discussed. The programme welcomes both emerging and established members from our membership including creatives, trustees, senior leaders, graduates and students.
The programme will take place in London in 2022 and travel expenses will be provided.
